Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at Contact@carliftmaster.com.
Shipping Time
Freight shipping typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location and carrier availability. Deliveries to rural or high-demand areas may require extra transit time.
Freight Delivery Requirements
- ✔ A valid phone number is required for delivery scheduling.
- ✔ Residential deliveries may include a lift-gate fee.
- ✔ Commercial locations with a forklift preferred for unloading.
- ✔ Any missed delivery appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the lift model, delivery location, and freight carrier market rates. Large equipment such as 2-post and 4-post lifts require palletized freight shipping.
